The Department of the Chief Minister (DCM) is seeking feedback on your interactions with us. This satisfaction survey has four questions for each business unit and should take less than five minutes to complete. The survey links to DCM’s key performance indicators as detailed in the 2019-20 Budget Paper Number 3 and will provide the DCM management team with valuable feedback.

Please note, the survey is designed to ensure your response is confidential and, by collating responses from all relevant stakeholders, will provide an overall client satisfaction rating for each business unit.
