We’re seeking input from businesses, industry groups, workers and the wider community to better understand the Territory’s workforce needs, challenges and priorities.

Before sharing your views, please take a moment to read the Consultation Paper, which outlines key research findings, workforce trends, and the challenges and opportunities facing the Territory today.

The Office of Workforce Development has reviewed historical and contemporary workforce development literature from a range of government (local, national and international), industry and other stakeholders.

Five key areas have been identified for more detailed consideration.
