Share your feedback and help shape the future of the Territory's workforce.

The Northern Territory Government is taking action to reduce crime, rebuild the Territory economy and restore the Territory lifestyle.

A strong, skilled and inclusive workforce is central to achieving these goals. One where Territorians can access the benefits that come from work, and businesses can find the people and skills they need to grow and succeed.

To guide this, the Office of Workforce Development is leading the creation of a whole-of-Territory Workforce Development Strategy - a shared roadmap for attracting, developing and retaining the workforce our regions and industries need, now and into the future.

Have your say
