Mooditj Training Feedback Survey

Welcome to the survey on the Mooditj training trial, sponsored by the NT Health Sexual Health and Blood Borne Viruses Unit.

Mooditj aims to upskill staff across the NT who work with young people, particularly in remote communities to reduce STI transmission.

NT Health are interested in your thoughts on the training trial, if you have implemented what you learnt and if you have found any barriers.

Your feedback will help create a healthier future for NT's youth.

All survey submissions are confidential.

Thank you for participating.

If you have any questions or want more information, contact the Sexual Health and Blood Borne Viruses Unit via 08 8922 8606 or SexualHealthandBloodBorneViruses.PublicHealthDirectorate@nt.gov.au
