Your feedback plays an important role and will be considered by the NT EPA in deciding whether the proposed guidance is appropriate to ensure air quality impact assessments within the NT are undertaken at a level that protects the air quality of the territory.

Consultation helps the NT EPA to identify issues of concern and potential effects, as well as get feedback from stakeholders on options or potential mitigation measures.

You can provide your feedback to Environmental Regulation environmentalregulation@nt.gov.au or use the NT EPA consultation page.
