Consultation has concluded
The Northern Territory Government has committed $90 million to improving the liveability and attractiveness of Alice Springs for residents and visitors. This includes $20 million to rejuvenate the town centre and $50 million for the Iconic National Indigenous Art Gallery.
The vision for Alice Springs is to create the town as Australia’s Inland Capital, a place that should be on the list for all Australians and all tourists to visit.
This vision presents possibilities for connecting people, culture and history in a move that will drive innovation and investment for Australia’s Inland Capital.
The concept presented below builds on the ideas already put forward by the people of Alice Springs in recent years along with some new and exciting possibilities.
