Consultation has concluded

On 1 September 2019, the Northern Territory Government contracted iSentia to provide media monitoring services for a period of 3 years.

A requirement of the contract is for the NTG to conduct a user satisfaction survey on an annual basis.

The survey has been distributed to key agency users and user groups to gauge their overall satisfaction with the Service and Contractor, and identify any areas for improvement or gaps in service delivery.

Your participation is appreciated and will allow the NTG to provide feedback and recommendations to Isentia.
