The NT Government is seeking feedback on a proposed planning scheme amendment to increase the maximum floor area for dwelling-independents in the NT Planning Scheme 2020.
The proposed Planning Scheme Amendment is on exhibition from Friday 4 August to Friday 1 September 2023.
