Background and Issues Paper Online Feedback

The inquiry welcomes feedback on the issues outlined in the paper. Closing date for feedback is 30 April 2017.
The panel would like to know if you think the risks and issues identified are appropriate for the panel to consider during the course of the inquiry, or if there are issues which should or should not be considered.
