Draft Northern Territory Homelessness Strategy 2025-2030

The Northern Territory Government is developing a new Homelessness Strategy to guide our work in preventing and reducing homelessness over the next five years.

We have worked closely in consultation with the homelessness sector, service providers, and government agencies to develop this draft Strategy.

We now invite all Territorians to provide feedback through this Have Your Say process:

Your views will help us:

• better understand community perspectives on homelessness
• inform how we communicate about and implement the Strategy
• build awareness of the key initiatives, and
• identify areas where we can strengthen engagement with communities, sectors, stakeholders, and the public.

While the key initiatives in the Strategy have been established through extensive sector consultation, your feedback will provide valuable insights as we move towards delivering the Strategy.

This feedback will help us improve how we can:

• better respond to preventing and reducing homelessness
• deliver support and services in each region, and
• make a stronger and more accessible homelessness services system in the Northern Territory.
