Event details

This event kicks off with a tour of innovative technologies at Charles Darwin University (CDU), including the:

• cooperative work between the University and SPEE3D — makers of one of the world's leading cold spray metal 3D printing technology;
• the future of drone technology with the North Australia Centre for Autonomous Systems (NACAS);
• breakthroughs in energy storage and fire control at the Nanofibre and Firefighting Laboratories.

Following the tour, a networking lunch will be held at CDU.

After lunch. the journey continues at Steeline, where participants will witness state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, including advanced robotic welding, collaborative robot (cobot) technologies, and the Ocean Shot Blast System, along with a sneak peek at upcoming technological investments.

• 1300: Depart for Steeline GRP Advance Manufacturing Facility via coach
• 1330 - 1530: Tour Steeline's cutting-edge facilities and witness Diverseco demonstrations of their advanced manufacturing capabilities
• 1530: Return transfer to Mad Snake Cafe
