CMC Workforce Strategy - staff feedback

We’re developing a Workforce Strategy that will guide how we support, grow, and invest in our people across CM&C over the next five years (2025-2030) — and we need your input. This short survey will shape a plan that:

  • enables our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan
  • delivers key initiatives such as the EmployAbility Strategy, Aboriginal Employment & Career Development Strategy, and People Matter Survey action plans
  • tackles real-world challenges like leading change, succession planning, and talent retention
  • builds a skilled, diverse, and resilient workforce able to lead policy, drive reform, and provide strong regional and whole-of-government leadership.
