CM&C 2024 - 2028 Strategic Plan

Attached is our proposed CM&C Strategic Plan 2024-2028 which has been developed to align our agency’s priorities with the new government agenda of reducing crime, rebuilding the economy, and restoring the Territory lifestyle. It will guide our efforts and focus over the next four years.

We invite your feedback on:

• Our Vision and Purpose – do they inspire and align with our goals?
• The strategic goals – do they reflect the NTPS Values and your priorities?
• The key deliverables – are they clear and achievable?
• The proposed design and layout – what do you like most?

The survey will take around 5-10 minutes to complete. It closes on Friday, 13 December 2024, and all feedback will be carefully considered. Our Executive team will also engage with their teams to encourage broader participation and seek input.
