The annual CM&C Mentoring Program was developed to increase employee engagement, create a positive workplace, build talent, and encourage and cultivate personal development and growth.
As we prepare for the 2024 program, we’d like to hear from mentors and mentees involved in the 2023 program about what worked well and what can be improved.
Background
The 2023 CM&C Mentoring Program was made up of mentees and mentors who self-nominated to participate.
Mentors were CM&C employees from middle managers to senior executives (SAO1 or above). Mentees were CM&C employees of any classification. The Mentor/Mentee selection and pairing process was managed by the Organisational Improvement Unit.
This survey will close at 11.59pm on Friday 15 December 2023.
