We want to hear from parents, carers, health professionals, and individuals with experience across the disability, early childhood education, and early intervention sectors, as well as the broader community.

The survey below includes a series of questions designed to guide your response and help shape the rollout of Thriving Kids in the Northern Territory. Your input will support the continuous improvement of Thriving Kids to ensure it is appropriate, effective, and responsive to the needs of children and families.

Consultation will also help identify the places where families already engage with supports and services, ensuring that Thriving Kids is embedded within existing community settings and aligned with local needs across the Northern Territory.

This online survey and a community information roadshow throughout September and October 2026 will be the 2 main ways for you to engage with us about the new Thriving Kids in the Northern Territory. Feedback and information from these engagements will assist in the implementation of this important initiative.

When contributing your views please ensure that you protect your personal privacy and that of others by not providing any sensitive, health-related, or unnecessarily personal information (such as names, email addresses, private addresses or phone numbers).
