Territory Families is looking to implement a holistic suite of training and development information on the staff intranet. The improvements will focus on updating content to describe the mechanisms in the agency that support training and development and to provide a complete list of available training (such as whole of government training, Territory Families specific and compulsory online training through MyLearning).
As part of this Intranet training and development refresh, we need to identify what you need in order to:
- develop and refresh essential knowledge and skills
- improve your understanding of the workplace and support that is available to you
- and progress your career.
An online staff survey will provide the consultative framework to develop the content in line with staff needs and expectations.
