Congratulations on reaching your service milestone!

The Recognition of Service Milestones (RSM) initiative aims to formally recognise and reward employees for the years of service they have provided to the Northern Territory Government (NTG).

As of 2020, with direction from the Minister for Public Employment, recognition of service is hosted virtually through the RSM website. The public facing website allows for the publishing of achievements of NTPS employees through stories, career highlights, biographies, pre-recorded video messaging and historical information.

As an employee who has achieved a service milestone of 40+ years of service (within the previous financial year) you have the opportunity to have your achievements celebrated on the Whole-of-Sector Recognition of Service Milestone website.

In this survey you will be given the following options in being identified and publicly acknowledged:

    ·     Accept full recognition including full name published on external facing webpage, Ministerial letter and certificate of recognition

    ·    Decline publication of information on website but accept Ministerial letter and certificate of recognition

    ·     Decline entirely including no Ministerial letter or certificate of recognition

Should you accept recognition including publication of personal details, you will be asked if you wish to provide a biography and clear image of yourself (optional).

Biographies should include a brief introduction of yourself, career highlights, working history and notable achievements, with a maximum of 250 words. Images should be of high quality, in jpeg format.

Once you have submitted your survey, all data will be kept and archived in the public facing RSM website.

Should you have any further questions, you will find all the information you need on the NTG Central Webpage. Alternatively you can contact Hazel Wilson on 08 8999 4115.
