The Northern Territory Government has released a law reform discussion paper to get feedback from Territorians on proposals to change the Prostitution Regulation Act.

This consultation closed on 6 May 2019 and the outcomes will be published soon on justice.nt.gov.au

What happens next

Following feedback, Licensing NT will prepare advice for the NT Government on changes to the Prostitution Regulation Act.
