How your feedback is used

We use your feedback to identify recurring issues and common challenges experienced by Territorians to improve and simplify regulation and government processes.

We may contact you for further information or clarification to be sure it is directed to the correct government agency for consideration.

While every submission is reviewed, we may not be able to respond individually to all feedback. Providing clear and detailed information will help us better understand and assess the issue.
