The Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment is developing the NT Public Sector Workforce Strategy for 2027–2032 and is seeking feedback from staff across the NTPS.

This consultation provides an opportunity to share experiences and perspectives on what is working well, what needs to change, and what will best support the workforce into the future.

Your input will directly inform the next workforce strategy, building on the NTPS Workforce Strategy 2021-2026, the Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy 2021-2025 and the NTPS EmployAbility Strategy 2024 – 2027.
