Feedback will be used to identify priority workforce capabilities, leadership and culture, and the settings required to support long‑term sustainability.
Together with insights gathered through regional engagement, face‑to‑face sessions and online workshops, this input will help shape a capable, supportive and future‑ready NTPS workforce to meet the evolving needs of the Territory.
