The annual customer survey allows MVR to evaluate the quality of its customer services and identify areas of improvement for the overall customer experience in operational matters.

To evaluate the customers experience with MVR we need to ask customers for their feedback.

MVR strive for continual improvements to deliver services in line with the customer needs whilst simplifying the operational requirements for our teams.

    Good morning/afternoon.  To gain your feedback, we are currently conducting a customer survey.  At the end of the transaction, I will be asking whether you were satisfied with the service you received.  

    If you have time, your feedback would be appreciated.  Is that ok?
