Holtze to Elizabeth River Subregional Land Use Plan - now in NT Planning Scheme 2020

Following three stages of consultation, the Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics has amended the NT Planning Scheme 2020 to include the Holtze to Elizabeth River Subregional Land Use Plan (HESLUP). Planning Scheme Amendment No.42 also makes consequential amendments to the Darwin Regional Land Use Plan 2015 and the Litchfield Subregional Land Use Plan 2016.
