Graduated Licensing System for Car Drivers – Position Paper

The Northern Territory Government has developed a revised graduated licensing system for car drivers to reduce and manage the risk of crashes.

If adopted, this system will see new conditions and restrictions implemented for each licensing stage.

A position paper presenting these changes has been developed for your feedback.

Your feedback will assist in determining a final revised position for consideration. Any feedback you provide will remain anonymous.
