Consultation has concluded
In 2017, EY undertook a capability review of DTF. The recommended actions from the review were to:
Extend the great culture experienced in individual teams to a Whole of Treasury culture
Build the profile of Treasury and engagement with other agencies
Integrate or improve services
Allocate resources to the development and maintenance of a robust medium-long term fiscal and economic strategy for the NT Government
There have been a lot of changes since that time. We would like to understand how DTF staff perceive our progress towards these actions and whether there are other additional areas we need to consider.
We have structured the survey around the actions from the capability review. Most of the questions focus on Actions 1 and 2 because Actions 3 and 4 need to be measured in other ways.
Unlike the OCPE People Matter survey, this survey is focused on the DTF capability review. The results will inform future planning at DTF and help us understand where we need to invest more effort. We’ll get back to you with a summary of what we’ve heard and our planned response.
The survey has been designed to protect your anonymity and I encourage you to be honest and constructive in your feedback.
