Consultation has concluded

The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet is seeking views about whether changes to land use planning, land tenure and ownership arrangements for Community Living Areas and Town Living Areas could aid in facilitating investment and community development and what those changes may entail.

Subject to the views of stakeholders about current arrangements, the department will consider the need for any reforms to relevant legislation and policy to address the matters identified in this Paper and through consultation.
