The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet (CM&C) aims to foster a working environment that supports, values and inspires its employees, and to build a culture of learning across the agency.

Following the 2021 People Matter Survey results, CM&C is considering the establishment of a Mentoring program within the agency. Mentoring is one way for individuals to develop new skills, knowledge and perspectives and to improve self-confidence and shape a career path.

To assist the Organisational Improvement Unit in developing a tailor-made mentoring program for CM&C, we ask for anonymous feedback on the areas provided below:
