The Northern Territory Police Force is trialling a Police Communications Centre in Alice Springs from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. This six-month trial aims to improve emergency call-taking services by using local knowledge and enhancing cultural and language support.

We are seeking your feedback to help evaluate the effectiveness of the trial and understand how it is perceived by the community. Your responses will help inform future decisions about the service.
