Regional Development, Resilience and Places Unit - 2023-24 Client Satisfaction Survey

The Regional Development, Resilience and Places Unit is seeking feedback on your interactions with us. Your feedback will provide CM&C with valuable information about what we are doing well and should continue doing, and importantly, what could be done better.

The Regional Development, Resilience and Places Unit supports the department and other NT Government agencies in delivering regional and remote objectives of government through collaboration, management and coordination of identified policies, programs and projects whilst maintaining strong relationships with all spheres of government and external stakeholders. The unit also takes carriage to support liveable, activated and resilient places across the NT and lead the coordination of government and non-government organisations to safely recover from disasters and emergencies in the NT community.

CM&C's Governance, Information and Reporting team is coordinating this year’s survey. Please note, the survey is designed to ensure your response is confidential and, by collating responses from all relevant stakeholders, will provide an overall client satisfaction rating for each business unit.

The survey will close on 31 January 2024. Thank you for participating.
